Corresi

Transforming Class Action Claims into a Simple, Human Experience

Corresi is a service that helps people discover and file class action claims with clarity and confidence. My goal was to redesign both the mobile app and the marketing website to create a trustworthy experience that removes confusion and shows real financial possibility. The final product was shaped through a user centered design process and more than one hundred design interviews.

Understanding the Problem

Most people have no idea they qualify for class action settlements. Others find the process confusing or intimidating. Before designing anything, I spoke with more than one hundred users to understand their frustrations, trust barriers, and motivations. These conversations revealed two consistent needs. People wanted transparency about payout ranges and deadlines, and they wanted an easy path to submit claims without feeling lost.

These insights drove the core design principles. Keep the flow simple. Make the value obvious. Build trust through clear content and friendly interaction patterns.

Designing the Mobile App

The mobile experience is the heart of Corresi. The middle set of screenshots illustrates the full journey from claim discovery to submission. I built a feed that highlights potential earnings and active claims in a way that feels encouraging rather than overwhelming. Individual case pages include payout ranges, deadlines, and a friendly summary so users can quickly understand if they qualify.

I also designed a guided submission flow that uses plain language and step by step forms to help users stay confident as they file. After completion, the interface updates to show payout tracking and status. Every interaction was validated through interview feedback and rapid prototyping.

Designing the Web Experience

The website needed to make a strong first impression and explain the service in seconds. The layout focuses on trust, clarity, and emotional approachability. Large payout cards show real examples, which helps visitors instantly understand the value of joining. A hero section communicates the core promise in simple language and uses friendly imagery to create warmth and credibility.

Throughout the site, I placed emphasis on transparent payouts, deadlines, and proof requirements. The design positions Corresi as a supportive service that handles the complexity for the user.

Results and Reflection

Through continuous interviews, iterations, and testing, I created a unified design system for both mobile and web that puts clarity, trust, and financial empowerment at the center. The designs tell a clear story through each screenshot. What once felt complicated now feels simple. Users move from discovery to action with confidence, and the brand presents itself as a reliable guide through the entire process.
